What we build
Three systems, built to work as one.
The booking system with its website and dashboard, the WhatsApp messages around it, and the till. One team builds all three, so a booking, its messages and its receipt are the same record. After launch, a monthly growth plan markets it.
By business
Five systems, one for your kind of business.
The same booking, WhatsApp and POS work, shaped around how your business already runs. Take the parts you need and leave the rest — if you already have a website you like, we add only what is missing.
Why own it
Rent an app and the customer is theirs.
Booking apps and marketplaces list you next to your competitors and keep your customers' details. Your own system keeps your brand, your customer list and every booking.
- Who holds the customer list
- The app
- You
- Where customers book
- Beside your competitors
- On your own site, in your brand
- What each booking costs
- Commission or a monthly fee
- No commission per booking
- Who decides what changes
- Their roadmap
- You, around how you run

Questions
What owners ask us first.
How much does a booking system cost in Dubai?
We quote every booking system individually: the price depends on payments, deposits, and how many branches you run. WhatsApp confirmations and an owner dashboard are usually included. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
How long does it take to build a booking website?
We estimate 3–6 weeks for a focused booking website: about a week of design, two to three weeks of build and payment integration, then testing and launch. Multi-branch dashboards and POS add time.
Can you integrate WhatsApp with our booking system?
Yes. We set up the official WhatsApp Business API so confirmations and reminders go automatically to both the customer and the branch manager — with who booked, the time, duration, and price.
Do you work with businesses in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We have clients in Saudi Arabia, and we build Arabic-first interfaces, Mada and local payments, and POS to ZATCA (Fatoora) Phase 2 e-invoicing rules.
Is your POS software ZATCA compliant?
We build POS to ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) requirements — XML e-invoices, a cryptographic stamp and QR code on each one, and clearance or reporting through ZATCA — and take each installation through ZATCA's onboarding with you before it goes live. Offline-first sales and multi-branch stock come with it.
Tell us how bookings work today.
